I was wondering about a Welding set-up I just got.. It works fine, but it's a dinosaur of a machine.. It's an AirCo CV-300 2 (roman numeral 2).. The wire feeder is a, Linde MIG-35 wire feeder.. I was just curious if anybody knew about these two pieces of equipment, and would be willing to share some knowledge with me.. Thanks...

arc-products.com has taken over service on the Airco (and possibly Linde) products.

I have an Airco Heliwelder 300 A/BP, made in 1973. Arc-products sent me a parts list and schematic for free.

I believe the CV-300 was made by miller, I think their CP-300 was the same machine. you can download their manuals here .

Does it have a big crank in the front to set the voltage? It is also probably 3-phase, so you do have 3-phase available?

Post some picts, we might recognize it as a Miller or ESAB machine (they made them for Airco.)
