It's off a electric keyboard stand that I'm assuming you tighten up at x angle bit what are they called I've done a bit of a Google search as well as son but can't find a name
Joking aside, that looks quite rough and ready, 3d printed?View attachment 435582

good old Albert ,,,,Hirth joint or Hirth coupling. It won't be called that in the keyboard stand world though.
that seams to bring up a close hit but im sure its brob made pacific for the stands so not sure he will beable to just buy a new one or something like it but im sure i can buy one of those and adapt it to work if neededHirth joint or Hirth coupling. I suspect it could be printed quite easily.
I fix loads of things that I probably shouldnt , and if I was wise I wouldnt ..that seams to bring up a close hit but im sure its brob made pacific for the stands so not sure he will beable to just buy a new one or something like it but im sure i can buy one of those and adapt it to work if needed
i bolt and nut with serated hirth joint should be passable if its just a repair
to be honest the stands them selves are not expensive so dont know why hes bothering unless its for somthing else
Could also be milled in plastic quite easily using a router cutter like this
Peter!
It's in the MacMillan catalogue.Obviously a left-handed snatch-back ferret valve with optional serrations![]()
