Any views on a decent make of Joggler? It's time I had one.

If you mean a hand-held tool ( as opposed to a bench-mounted bead roller ), I recommend this attachment for an air hammer:

That is much easier to control and a lot less effort than the usual plier-type tool:

There's also the "Rolastep", but I found it to be weak and fragile.

I would have thought that was uncontrollable, when I’ve used an air chisel it hammers away like it’s got a mind of it’s own.

I have the original swiss version of the bottom one , and its great , but it still really stops at 1mm , it wont do 1.2mm very well , it will punch holes but not step .

Thanks for the input, I think I'm going for the Clark air punch, (most of the the sheet is 1mm) as to many Iffy reviews on the hand operated ones.

Ive done it in a bench vice by bending. Im tempted to make up some spare jaws with a step.

Yes done that myself several times, ok for one offs etc but half doors etc to difficult.
