Hi!
I've done welding for 3 years now working alongside an old-school ship engineer in his own buisness doing work which I would title as tack welder but I have never had any qualifications in the trade and John has now sadly passed away. I'm really keen to carry on welding as I have enjoyed the 3 year and learned some interesting and probably old-school methods but realized I would be better off spending a bit cash to better my chances. I am currently studying:
Level 1 introductory (MIG)
Level 1 introductory (OA)
Level 2 NVQ diploma (FWE)
Level 2 NVQ Positional welding (MMA)
Level 2 NVQ diploma (WFW)
Level 3 NVQ diploma (FWET)
Level 3 NVQ extended diploma (FW)
(master welder international European pipe welder) #coded#
Just wondering what kind of jobs I could be looking at on completion or which routes to take to aid me?
Any advice would be appreciated
