Several months ago, I purchased some CAD drawings for a Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ steel rear bumper.
Had the bits laser cut in a mix of 5mm and 3mm steel
This is what it should look like once the parts are welded together

These are the individual parts

I used Lasered Components to do the cutting, you just upload the CAD drawings to their website and they come back with a quote that includes shipping.
I did have a go at trying to redraw some of the parts with bend information included as it would save on welding and be a neater job. It's not something I've done before and time wasn't on my side so just went ahead and ordered using the plans as supplied.
As usual, things didn't go to plan and I ran out of time getting the Jeep ready so shelved the bumper build and now wished I'd made the effort to redo the drawings, joined some of the parts together and had them cut and bend them for me
