I was in the Bentley factory about a year ago, they have a section in the middle of the production floor with about 10 people sat there just stitching all the different types of leather steering wheels. Completely OTT, but then it is part of the 'factory tour' new customers get as part of buying a new Bentley, if they wish.
I also went and had a look around one of the engine test beds, which isn't part of the tour, mainly because they're all in old brick sheds out the back, with engines sat around on pallets.
