I've used them a couple times now. It won't disappoint from my experience even if they chuck a couple breeze blocks in the bottom.

Got a bit of time today to try out some Alu with the XTT202P.
First tried without pulse and it was going reasonably well but as I adjusted the buttons on the torch to lower the current it just got hotter and hotter, see first pic. Once the weld was complete I looked at the machine and it was at 200 amps, bloody idiot was pressing the wrong button. Seems counter-intuitive to me as I was expecting the left button to lower and the right to increase but it is the opposite
Could probably swap the wires in the plug around but don't think I will bother as if I use that feature I will soon get used to it. I may just end up putting the switch from my other Parweld torch into this one, it has a wheel for altering the current and I have gotten used to it.
It is a simple procedure to swap the buttons out on the Parweld torch, they just unclip and pop the new one in.
Next pic shows me messing around with the pulsing, tried all sorts with it and quite a difference can be had with the different settings, will take me a bit of practice to find out what is best for each type of job but it looks like it will be handy being able to adjust to suit different applications.
Also shifted the Esab Mig and the TecArc Tig out the the steel container beside the plasma, put a small table in their place and put the welders on it. The table is the same width as the two welders (Esab/TecArc) but only half the depth so already I have a load of free space. Think I will end up making wall brackets for the inverters but will see how this pans out for now.
Tomorrow I need to do a repair to a bashed handrail from a boat, thin stainless tube so I will see how I get on with the DC, better do a bit of practising first though
Loving the HF on the Parweld, it is instant compared to the TecArc, it just leaps across and starts the arc instantly.
