I have a Jasic 200 amp mig inverter, I use it on site with a 8kva generator as well as in the workshop, its fell off the forklift and been dropped a few times, there was a little earth wire inside that was connected to the chassis of the bottom of the mig this broke off and it welded real bad until i reconnected it again, when cleaning it out it looked much the same as my hypertherm plasmas inside, all pcbs where covered in clear coat, corona dope or something similar. i was impressed with the build and still use it everyday now over my transformer sets, the mig does not have a seperate wire feed though it does that bit its self. no other problems with over the last 4 years, the rear fan is noisey but that was after it being used in the rain one day.
We have stock of a few various Jasic machines, and so far impressed with them when we fully test them before a sale.
There are 2 versions of the 200amp AC/DC Tig, 1 is fully digital, and a slightly cheaper analogue version.. However, the spec on the analogue at full power is only 185 amps !! Maybe something to watch for.
The warranty is a standard 2 year, but 5 year on the return of the relevant paperwork.
