Jack, Grease gun

Hi , aquired these a while back , what is the jack device for?, the greaser is tecalamit and purportedly for a Bentley, any info welcome

I hought that but this has a left and right hand thread and the middle but turns , something has to fit into the slots each end ??

Yep , no 272 of only 275 ,, only about half a dozen left, the wee some S1 and S3 which were for Belgians, more expensive than 4 x 4 cos of the tooling costs, good sales pitch I expect, the vast majority have been converted to 4 x 4 ow,
