J&S 540 dust extractor (DCE drytex ADT12)

Got round to having a look at this extractor for the surface grinder. It's not in great shape. All the bells (?) for attaching the filters will need repaired.

I'm wondering what the thoughts on bothering with it are? Is it worth having if I'm using coolant?

Repair work aside the new filters are £200 for a set (unless anyone knows somewhere cheaper?) which is quite a lot for a machine I'll barely use.

I have 4 surface grinders including a J+S 540 - never seen one of those!

I guess they were an option at purchase. Maybe half of them you see for sale have them.

Some rascal in the past must have been used it as the same time as coolant based on the rot and the mouldy filters.
