"10 year right to use" sounds awfully like a 10 year rental charge as I can't see anything about it being a returnable deposit. The deal seems ok tho, but for comparison the volkszone offer from BOC is

Y-size 20 litre (at 230bar, as opposed to 200bar)

refills: £27 + vat
yearly rent: £40 + vat

Depending on how long you're planning on keeping it/how many bottles you use, BOC is probably still cheaper. This is only for the Argoshield light mix tho, it'll be different for different mixes.

Oh, I forgot - there's a £12 delivery charge with Sabre too. I don't know if that's delivery to home or delivery to depot for you to collect. Something to find out and take into consideration.

If you decide to call it 10year rental then its £18 a year that's how I would personally see it. I do believe they pay back part of the deposit will get the facts.
