Is this one ok?

I have a Clarke Mig 100E.A garage without power and my Mog needs some more filing cabinet welded to it.Garage is 2 streets away so running a cable to its out of the question.Have looked around for a generator.My wife asked about buying one a while ago as our electric went off for a while,during road repairs,and thought it would keep the freezer,fridge,some lighting and a heater going.Saw this one on e-bay and I wondered if this was capable of running the welder,it`s never running @100amps,probably around the 25/30 amps for car body repairs.
Diesel,max power 5.0Kva,77db,weighs 95kg,made by Kipor-KDE6500X,recoil start,auto voltage regulator etc.
It also runs for 8 hours on one tankful(13.5litres)
Thankyou for any replies-is it too big,not big enough,too cheap,not a well known make or just right?

You should be able to run @ 40A with no probs DONT be tempted to "just burn this bit" - Geny wont like it.
