Is Teng Tools warranty still good?

I haven't bought anything Teng Tools for a decade. Do they still do the no quibble type lifetime warranty? I remember my local dealer used to replace anything Teng, even if a ratchet had been broken from mis-use.

Not sure about mis-use but the biggest issue these days is so few places actually stock it. I've got a couple of bits I need to get replaced and I emailed Teng and they said just go to a local dealer and they will replace them. The reality is they will probably be sending them back for replacement.

I like their kit, I like the fact that the spanners are not chrome/shiny.

Last time I dealt with my Teng agent they were very food and did swop/ replace or ordered in. if it was clear it was a tool failure.

But, there is always a but, if it was a chance it was down to miss use or abuse it was sent back to Teng and their decision was final.

But I only ever had bits and screw drivers and never an issue.

Their old tools were very good, but i bought some of their stuff last year and wasn't as impressed with the quality.
