At that kind of money it might be possible to find a Mk1 or Mk2 possibly? Pinto engine, no ECU nonsense, and it would hold its value.

Do you think they ever really get that sort of money for these cars? I quite often see a lot of these cars still for sale weeks/months after they have supposedly sold. There was a guy bringing in rot free escorts from the states and they were only about £3.5k
Often think the bay of thieves is just full of chancers.

I have 3 mates that are full time car traders and they all sell cars even during the lockdown period people were still buying cars
One of them was down to his lowest 7 in a week and now back up to 40 cars a week selling at a firm price
