Inverter generators

I'd like one to replace the current scratty old ones I have. The question being are the Honda ones worth the premium over the Clarkes? It's not going to see much use, will only be used by me. I'm thinking an output of 3KW will be about right, based on the ones I have now, a Makita, a Chinese no brand and a Wolf.

Just based on reliability and resale value I would say they are worth it.

Never seen a Clarke running but the Honda and the hyundi are quiet enough to be unnoticeable

A friend has an hyundi, takes it camping. A little bit of music and you cant hear it.

Another vote for Hyundai, we run one at the stables.
