Morning folks. I sent a parcel to the Netherlands on the 15th Jan, booked through Interparcel and Parcelforce is the courier. The tracking stopped once it arrived in the Netherlands and hasn’t been delivered. I’ve chased this several times with Interparcel and so has the guy I was sending the parcel to. Parcelforce have said previously it’s in Dutch customs and there are long delays but it’s 8 weeks now. I get no joy from Interparcel customer service, any ideas of what I can do? I’ve asked for this to be escalated but they won’t as Parcelforce say the parcel is not lost. I’ve asked for proof with a receipt from Dutch customs and confirmation from them that it is actually there and not lost but Interparcel just ignore this. It just seems like I have little chance of this getting resolved and assume they just play the long game and most folk just drop it. What can I do to give them some of their own grief back?
