There was one in the bike shop last year and the bloke who owned it said it had been back to the factory for some work and when he went to pick it up they had used it for spares for another bike they were selling. He was not impressed at all.

That doesn’t make sense to me I can’t picture a company doing that with someone’s bike I’d have the cops there charging them with theft!

It just shows how hand to mouth they are . The bloke is an airline pilot and doesn't need to make stuff up he was selling the bike because he was disillusioned with it.

That motor shows what you can do, if you try hard enough to give an engine a particular 'look'.. as intended it totally reminds me of the old Commandos. The tank logo and colours are the same as my 850 Interstate as well. Lovely bike!
