It does look like a homebrew; the front panel looks good, if the inside is as well done possibly a bargain to be had(or at least fun finding out!). Shame I'm 400 miles away.

saw some similar as MOD surplus about 10 yrs ago came in a rugidised container too - bloke had a van full and was struggling to shift them kicking myself now as they were probably good kit didnt come with leads or torches etc
