I work for the EKC Group which is a group of 6 colleges based in Kent. As a Resourcing Manager, one of the more challenging roles to hire, is a teacher in welding and fabrication!
Basically, we're looking for someone with industry and teaching experience to inspire the next generation. We have weekend teaching positions, full-time positions and senior/entry level roles!
Here is a link to an example of what we are looking at -
Around £31,178 per annum.
Some of the benefits:
Happy to look at relocation candidates
Could offer further teacher training if not qualified
Tech Scheme - every post is provided a laptop/tablet
Generous Pension
High street vouchers and subsidised gym membership (on-site gym)
Ability to make a real difference and inspire the next generation
If anyone has any thoughts or are interested yourself, feel free to email me at james.gregory@eastkent.ac.uk
