just add a extra piece of wood lower down route out a hole and put in with a 5 lever dead bolt when you go out just lock the dead bolt if out back garden just use the top one

Approved, not as far as I'm aware but you could block the door and frame and fit an approved mortice lock with some metal wrap around plates both sides, think mini lock London Bar.

On Off There is room in those locks on your door to fit a microswitch using bolts & Nylocks to allow you to fir a wired exit to your alarm system too so when the dead bolt is locked forward the exit route alarm is set & unset to the timer
