Insulating a garage with cellotex - what then?

I would vapour barrier the inside of the concrete,
then stud filled with insulation and line with 18m OSB, painted white ( I paint everything possible white in the shed ),
You can either fix directly to the OSB or run a few battens round for a french cleat system.

This room was not white ( wifes craft area ).
