Here's a big job I completed today for a customer. He is building a 60's style GP bike with a FZR 400 engine. He wanted some Inlet manifolds making to use Amal carburetors rather than the originals ( Mikuni or Keihin).
It wasn't easy because each one is slightly different and has to be offset for the Carb flanges to fit. Also there had to be a smooth transition from the round venturi of the carb to the oval Inlet ports of the head so it required a lot hand porting from solid bar stock.
