I need some Inconel 718 wire, 0.8m diameter, about 30 kilos of it for welding pipe for various chemical processes...
The people we sourced the pipe from, Special Metals Wiggins were unable to supply us with any wire for it, and so far the only place i can find any is imported from china, which i am very uneasy about. Does anybody know where i can source some locally (anywhere in the UK)?
Has anybody dealt with Special metals regarding any of their welding consumables, or any of their products...? They seemed all too keen to sell us a fortune of the pipe, but no way to weld it :/
