I'm a 25yr old who has recently put myself through college to get training in MIG. I have completed the course and planning on going back in September to do TIG. I did manage to get work for a engineering company where i was welding for 2months before work dropped off (I was with a agency). I'm trying to get work but obviously it's very difficult as they want people with a lot of experience, but how can i get experience if no one is willing to take a chance? If anyone is recruiting or know somewhere that is recruiting, please can you message me. I'm willing to work for a lower rate of pay as long as you are willing to provide me with a reference (if it's not permanent position of course) and training in fabrication.
