Knowing a company that makes those from scratch, I wouldn’t have even bothered.Have a look at this from 8:13 onwards for a review:

I've got one like Parm has posted, it's a good light but the magnets are weak and don't hold onto cars via stone Chip very well.
I also have some snap on ones too which are awesome and have survived many 2m + drops and are still working.
The only issue with any of them is putting them on something and forgetting where you left it.
I've left one of the snap on ones on the bottom of a car and gone for a test drive and it's stayed on.
I have a few Snap On led lamps and they are all very good, I've done the same on test drives. I often come back and then suddenly feel sick because I can't find it and realise it's stuck to the upright on the ramp
The modern Snap On puck one are sensible money too £40-50(when on flyer), I know that's not cheap compared to a cheap unit but the build quality is excellent, magnets super strong, adjustable brightness and USB C charging. I've got one that fits on a headband with a magnet so you can use it as a normal torch or quickly put it on your head, without fail when someone see me use it for the first time they ask where I got it.
