ID this tool for me please?

Got this in a box of lectrickery tools.

It's not often I can't ID a tool, but this one has me stumped...
Think it's either a staple puller, or some sort of crimper, but an image search throws up nothing even close.


It's marked "swg Germany"

Is the top hook part chamfered to an edge?, may be a heavy duty cable shear.

It's not glass pliers, I've got a pair of those in the shed. I found them very useful for bending the edge of sheet metal up like folding pliers I think they are called.

It looks like a pair of Tile Nibblers, I've got a couple of pairs similar to them.

Guy in the workshop next to us a few years back made and restored stained glass windows, that's why i said trimming of glass. From memory he had quite a few with different shapes ground the end.
