as an interesting side note , a friends Aston Martin failed its mot on handbrake efficiency , his non franchised AM specialist wasnt well so I got roped into doing the breaks for him ,,, lots of research didnt get me far so i had a bit of an idea from a parts diagram I had found ,,,, long story short when I stripped it the rear brakes were identical to a 322 range rover ,,,,

The outer door handles cost £125 each from Aston Martin a couple of years ago with brake parts costing a fortune from them , considerably more than from Jaguar which is what was on the boxes they came inThink the db7 is literally rebranded jaguar xk8
