I need help to Dimple Dye on 3mm 316 stainless

Hi All, looking for a company that can dimple dye 3mm 316 stainless steel. 35 60.4 mm holes. I'm trying to fabricate a tray for a food industry client and need some advice on a company to carry out the work.

I'm based on Preston.

I used (a while ago) a firm in Ancoats, Mcr....they specialised in st/st products for big commercial bakers and others food related trades.....

You can do it with the regular dies but you need a decent press rather than the nut/bolt method.
Plenty of lube as well and take any protection film off first

Yes, it's not so much the film itself, rather that it comes away during the bend and then leaves an unlubricated bit of metal.
