......but it's still funny.
I've been on nights this week on railway stuff. I've just finished tonight, having helped offload 25 metre switches in Holloway, North London. The access point is just behind Holloway tube station, not far from the Emirates Stadium, with my last drop being literally next door to it. All night I've been in schoolboy mode making references to Arsenal. When we left to head for the last drop, I followed the rail boys in their van. Thanks to my A-Z of London, I knew more or less where the site was, but they went a different way. Thinking they knew a short cut, I dutifully tagged along and to my immense joy, they drove up to the main entrance to the stadium.
I cannot wait to ring my OH tomorrow and tell her that I've been taken up the Arsenal by 2 railway men!!
