Vertical video again - what is wrong with people

It's not actually vertical video, it's worse than that. It's a landscape video with blurred bars to make it fit a portrait display, and then more blurred bars to stretch that back to landscape.

A pretty good indication that it's just a joke is "bosstown dynamics" in the bottom right corner.
