I have the chance of a swap

As the title says I have the chance of a Jones & Shipman S4012 15" Rotary Table as you know I have just got an Elliott Progress Model 3A drill
I can swap out the Hurco machine vice that came with the drill for the rotary table

What do you think, worth doing

Depends if you can get a reasonable replacement vice easily and cheaply,
Do you need a 15 inch rotary table.

Well just thought it might be handy to have one if I aint got one I do have a few vices

Is it even going to fit on that table lol.

Gonna be a big heavy lump.
Can pick up a reasonable 6 once for under a ton.

Yeh it would be a big bit of kit 15 inch table, the table on the Elliot is 22inches across so still plenty of space left, and from what Ive read about rotary tables they all say get the biggest you can afford, the Hurco machine vice came for nothing so my reckoning the rotary table would have cost me zilch if I did swap.
