Just purchased a B grade mig on the bay for reasonable money.
The Hyundai Mig200A was B grade with warranty for just £213 delivered?
I already have their 160A TIG so I gave it a go.
It turned up in just its own box and obviously resealed, brand new in all respects with no sign of use.
Plugged in and tried MMA to prove it worked which was ok.
Loaded mig wire without hassle.
Note their is a lad on Utube who rubbished this mig for having faulty wire speed adjustment, he didn't realise it has slow start wire feed and sent two back, maybe this was one he sent back!
I thought there was something wrong as the fan wasn't working, maybe on thermostat me thinks?
So I buzzed a few lines and no fan? So I found the fan guard slightly squeezing the fan, released it and presto fully working fan.
I have tried a couple of times and got what I think is pretty good results from my CO2 setup?
I would be grateful for any advice on my welds to improve things, I have a 1984 Land Rover with too many fresh air holes in the bulkhead for the MOT man so I need to get it right.
Pics of my attempts.
