Its just the simplest swap, currently has a Lifan or Locin 97cc 2.8HP.Since this is for a bike, have you considered a bike engine which will be much higher quality but not self contained like these tool engines.
Cant see any particually cheap there are some used 157FMI types on ebay.
I looked at that but I need to be certain the drive shaft is 3/4"Would OP not be better buying any used bit of equipment from the usual local free add sites and re -using a good used Honda engine? For example I see 6.5hp Honda generators going for £100 or so at times..... buy it and pull the engine.

I actually have a brand new engine I bought for it last year but I didn't check its 20mm so won't fit.
Its just not worth the effort, I value my time too much to strip the 20mm engine and turn it down to 19.05mmThere are Honda Crankshaft adopters readily available on ebay for £13 or so FWIW.
I would still go that route and deal with the crank after. Worst case pull it and lathe job.

Going to order another engine later today
Run it up to speed and grind it down. It is suprising how well it works, frequent measuring is essential and keep wheel moving.I actually have a brand new engine I bought for it last year but I didn't check its 20mm so won't fit

I would suggest using a die grinder with a 20mm or so mounted stone.
