Well, I did end up sifting through the pile, but about an hour later found it elsewhere - it had been only a couple of metres away from me, but in the other direction!
The top row shows G4 PC 40J (Not 400, as I put, earlier)
And the rest is correct, as far as I can tell.
I think it's most likely one of these.
The far end of the endoscope (with the camera in) doesn't really bend far enough, as it seems to have about a 60mm tube at the end that houses the camera, and is rigid, so fitting it between the big toroidal transformer bolted through the base of the casing, and the component itself isn't possible!
And it would then be rammed right against the lettering, and probably couldn't focus that close, either!
I'm pretty sure of the parts I can see, but if anyone around the Bristol/Bath/Somerset/Wiltshire area or, better still a few miles south of there, has a better scope, that bends further towards the end, I could be more definite! Anyone out there?
If any other method springs to mind, I'll try it and see, and chirp up if it reveals anything further.
All the Best,
CJ
