Hypertherm FlushCut Consumables?

Anyone got practical experience with the FlushCut consumables that Hypertherm have started offering since I last looked at their range?

I get a fair amount of use out of rivet washing tips on the my cutting torch, and am curious if these are:

a) actually comparable in performance?

b) even remotely worth the £200 ish price tag for an XP45 set?

That explains it!

I was thinking for the price point it had to have a serious advantage... It just didn't occur that it would be:

• reduced insurance premiums,
and/or
• not leaving an oxy-fuel set in the hands of someone you can't trust not to blow themselves up.

...where these lads now can't operate a burning torch.

It's pretty sad that's seriously become an issue to the extent that it's worth buying £200 plasma consumables to work round it.

It's about 4-5 years since I went to college part-time for some more formal training, but at the time both oxy-fuel and plasma cutting (to pretty tight tolerances) was still a mandatory component for the Fabrication and Welding Diploma at the time.
