it isn't here to take a picture but we now have a dark blue car which I thought had been run through dirty puddles but it looks like hundreds of little splashes of what might be white line paint flicked up off the front wheels all the way along the bottom half of both sides
I tried washing but that didn't help so I then tried polish. My paint restorer is getting old and is no longer a paste but that made a little bit of difference but still left quite a lot there. I will get some more paint restorer to try that
it is possible to use a fingernail to take the splashes off in little bits but that is going to take hours
Is there anything that you can suggest that has proved effective in this sort of situation?
I have seen suggestions of a "clay bar" is there a particular make that is better or one to avoid?
