Doing the annual pre French trip service on the camper,checking the plug lead resistance and get a variation from 10,000 ohms-14,000.
Is that of any concern?

youre looking for 6,000 Ohms per metre

I'd be looking for very low Ohms on my HT leads, they're copper cored as magneto's don't like resistive leads/caps

a few years ago I used copper cored ignition leads and that was running parallel to oil pressure sender, it too me ages to work out that the copper ignition leads had induced a voltage in the oil pressure sender and was setting a high speed low oil pressure buzzer off. a change back to carbon cored leads solved the problem.
