Lads mooching about on roofs with no scaffold never mind perimeter rail, whanging rubble out of windows into skips with no chute, blind reversing diggers onto the main road without cones let alone a banksman, operating petrol saw concrete saws in a cloud of dust without a mask let alone water suppression, scaffold without purlocks and no certificate in sight, concrete pump hoses straight across the pavement, 240v tools and leads across floors and up scaffold.

well obviously people were working round and so they should but the operator was trained and only me there no one round for at l;east 100 yards on a private carpark
