How would you fix this cock up?

Hi guys
Having to modify the position of an oil pump on a cast ally sump to try and get some pipe work clearance, carefully measured it out but I’ve messed up and one one is slightly off!
Think there’s two options here, TIG it up and re drill or press/glue an ally plug in there and redrill.
I do have a suitable TIG and ally rods but don’t have the confidence on ally to have a go at this, I’ve done very little ally so don’t want to risk it on something so expensive/critical.

What do you think?

Would you bother pre heating it with a propane torch first, or TIG torch, get a puddle and then push as much filler in as it'll take. I've got an old engine block I could have a go on first....

the lumiweld brazing rods will fill that nicely and no chance of melting the casting

Plug it and re-tap,as @brightspark said,those ali brazing rods should be fine,bought my last lot from these

Assuming its the mount for the scavenge pump, slot the hole in the mounting bracket a touch . . ?

Is that a Zetec 2 stage sump? I may have one off an 1800 zetec that I would sell.

Don’t know where you are in the world but if it’s Manchester way I’ll do it for you. It’ll take longer to set the machine than to do the job

3 stage rather than 2 stage but if you want to sell it send me some details and If I’m not interested I might know someone who is.
There’s no bracket to slot the pump bolts straight to the pan unfortunately.

I’ll have a go with the TIG and be brave, thanks for the advice all.
