How to start mig welding? Please Help

Hi everybody. I've been welding with a stick welder for a long time, and I've just been given a mig welder - an Eland 175. Does anyone know what the buttons on the front of it relate to - also does anyone know where I can get instructions. Cheers

Got a pic of it?
If it's the same as the eland we used to have, there are course and fine knobs (basically your amps........ the course one sets in say 50amp increments, and the fine is like a fine step up, higher the number = higher amps)
Other dial is the wire feed.

I'm sure someone will come along with a manual by the time i've posted this!

This is a 130 but the controls will be roughly the same right?
