I have a wooden buck I am using to hammerform a patch panel, I started by using a contour gauge shape the five distinct curvatures onto a cardboard templates:
Please note that each one of the curvatures on the c/board templates correspond to the curve shown in the blue lines in the pic:
I really would appreciate it if someone here could explain to me how to create these individual vertical curves on the wood buck, aside from cutting the wood on the vertical line on the buck.
I am about to glue five separate pieces of of the wood together to create the wood buck.
