How to 'Joggle'

Hi all.

reading one of the interesting posts the other day I saw a discussion on lipping an end under another and the talk was about joggling or joddling. How is this done? I guess I know what it means but how is it made, special tool?

You can get a fairly inexpensive joddler/hole punch from Machine Mart. I have one and it works quite well. I rarely joddle though, mostly use the hole punch side.
