How to do "lift start" easy?

I have a trouble to make perfect lift start with SMAW/TIG machines which has just lift-start at TIG.
Simply, in the most tries, the tungsten stuck with metal, no matter which technique I used.
Do you have an advice how to do it easy each time?

What welder are you using ? What metal is it you are welding? Do you have any pics of the metal you have tried to 'lift' from ?

I touch the tungsten on the workpiece and carefully rock it to one side, pivoting on the ceramic to lift it off in a controlled manner. Stops it suddenly coming away from the workpiece and giving a bad start.
Make sure the tungsten is nicely sharp.
