no problem u can even double it up and do a few at once just use cutting compound or oil on it to keep the copper cool . was done in 30 seconds just make sure u have a decent drill and slow speed and the required hole saws
Q max work well on thin copper. At work I have to make all kind of copper parts and drilling and machining is difficult once the tooling gets warm and slightest worn
buy a starret arbour and just buy the cheapish titan cutters from screwfix cheap arbours are crap. the hole saws go up to about 5inch. i personaly use starret as there getting used all the time at work
before you rush out and buy your copper (0.9mm?) look around for an old hot water tank (if you can beat the pikes to it! cut up and rolled out will give you lots of thin (0.9??) copper sheet. at a push you could go to scrap metal yard and wait for the pikes to drop off there load and buy from the scrap man : )
