how to best straighten this

ok so what is the best way to straighten this?
the bush install tool bent it when winding the new bush in
DOH

L200 modified top arm possibly a press but you may struggle to get it in because of the shape

Seconded, take the bush out again, of course, and try to find a piece of round bar or tube the same dia as the bore of the bracket so when it goes through both eyes, you know you have the holes lined up.

dont think the mapp gas will cut it!

It bent without heat it should straighten the same. Hold it in the vice and get a big Stilson on it or use a hammer to beat it straight.

it did have 1/2" windy gun on the end of the puller!

Mapp should do it. My rothberger brings stuff to near cherry red.

I would be surprised if Mapp gas would get the job done. That's going to take plenty of heat!

Mapp should definately work if you can reflect the heat back with some refractory, Vermiculite for example.

it is 10mm steel i am doubtfull at mapp ill try with no heat first
