There's a place down by J26 of the M5 that has the full 40 ft containers kitted out as a workshop with lights power and water for £50 + VAT a week .
Being from Bristol myself ( Now live down Torquay) I see the extortionate rates a few mates are paying for lockups / garages etc. It's not a cheap place to work or live.

The South East is worse, In 1984 i used to rent a workshop on the local Sally army Farm, very basic but it was cheap, 1500 sq ft for £30, when i left in 98 it has risen to £50 a week. Today you would pay that for a double garage.
If i wanted a 500 sq ft unit i would be looking at £150 rent a week round here now, then rates & other costs on top.
You only need a quiet period for a month or two & you are in the fertiliser.
