How much gas left?

Have a 10L (Y?) gas bottle fitted with twin gauge regulator - lpm and bar/psi. How do I tell when its just about to run out? Can't say I take much notice of the bar gauge so, does the pressure slowly decrease to zero? I know it will run out on a Sunday so I would like to head it off at the pass.

whats it filled with. the Gases Argon etc are linear to 0 and i beleive that the CO2 bottles won't be as its stored as a liquid under pressure

once it stops hissing its empty

yes the guage measured in bars will decrease as thats your pressure in the bottle
