I don’t imagine the channel round the top would too Much problem but the folded corner with a channel “creased” in it?

To make a reproduction or replica in a one- of two-off quantity, it might be better fabricated, welded together and the welds blended.

For the straight piece, tip the edge of the main lower panel (using heat over a steel former if it is too meaty for a bead roller), then weld in a crescent of rolled material (potentially a piece of 3mm wall pipe if the diameter is compatible).

Have a look at some of the car body fabrication people (Wray Schelin for example) to see how they break up complicated shapes. You could draw on what you have with chalk to get yourself going.

When they made the original in multi-hundred quantity, the press tooling would pay for itself over the production run.

The channel is approximately 75mm wide and 25mm deep

you can preform that rather easily with sheet as goes for the indents you can heat them up to form as they are only indents

rocket stove top in long length can preheat the metal to a high enough heat or even a channel fire can do the same

but you will still need the metal to get red hot and you will need formers to finish that kart trolley

the side panels are easy to form whilst the edges are the hardest but they can be made

mission impossible comes to mind....as above, cut n shut and blend in the welds...

to press it as the orignal panels would have been done, would require the same tooling that the original manufacturer used...not really feasible for a few here and there, the cost would require large scale manufacturing and sales to justify...thats assuming it was pressed to begin with.

as mentioned by others, fabrication would be the way forward, each piece can be made with relatively simple tooling like bead rollers, box pan folders/press brake, shrinker/stretchers and english wheels, or just plain old heat and hammer...then each individual bit can be welded together, cleaned back and fettled til its right.

Difficult enough but doable shaping each curve over your knee then welding all together

Top channel easiest to get a piece of box section, and cutting it into a channel, then pie cuts to get the curve then welding.
