The supply comes from UKPN wooden pole to pole across a busy A road, drops down and then comes up into a small concrete slab shed od the field, this is what is inside, the black incoming goes straiight back to a UPPN pole, ideally we could ask (who)? to put us a meter alongside the existing and go from there, but I seem to remember when talking to UKPN about getting power from a much more suitable pole that they will not put a meter on land that we do not own, they had to run the supply all the way to our land! next option may be to ask them to tap off the supply on the pole next to the shed but I suspect they will not want to do that and to run a new supply across the road runs to £1000,000,000,000's or we put in a sub meter and pay the existing land owner for leccy but I feel a new owner could just cut us off.
