Our Indersit washing machine, not covered by hotpoint's recall for potentially setting fire to houses.

I have emailed them, no response as yet but there probably isn't anyone in there office at the moment.
The machine was actually fizzing when the door was shut. Good job I was at home and heard it or it could have been a lot worse.

New in 1930! It's a non integrated washing machine.
Well worth checking the lock & plug on any Hotpoint or Indersit machines as they seem to have a reputation for house fires!

They have taken it seriously, contacted me within a few hours and an engineer coming out on Monday! I'm impressed!!

take photos and what part it came off photos , model and any other photos to make it a known model

if it gets to a stage you may have to make it a viral fault so others can be made aware of the potential of fire
